Are there any dental services not eligible for FDHaccess reduced fees?

Dental work in progress is the only dental service not eligible for the pre-negotiated reduced fees. "Work-in-progress" is defined as any dental work begun prior to the start of your eligibility for FDHaccess. Work in progress typically applies to orthodontics (braces), crowns that have been prepped, root canals that have been started, etc.
