How do I get my dental treatment discounts?

To save money with FDHaccess, netwoks you must go to a participating general dentist or specialist. When scheduling your appointment tell the office which FDH Access network your plan offers to confirm their participation. At your appointment, show the dental office your ID card with the FDHaccess, Diversified or Principal Dental Access Network^SM logo to receive your discounts.
