Am I eligible for FDHaccess network discounts?

To determine if you can save money with the FDHaccess networks look at your medical or dental ID card. If it has the FDHaccess, Diversified Dental Services or the Principal Dental Access Network^SM logo on it - you are eligible for the FDHaccess network discounts for as long as you are eligible for your sponsoring plan. Your sponsoring plan (medical, dental or association) will provide your eligibility information to the participating dentist.
